Moumita and a team from Attrans conducted 'Customer centric management' intervention for TomTom India. The participants belonged to an operations team. The key challenge to address was to improve customer survey scores. Attrans did detailed prior study and offered an interesting interactive program. We liked their progress monitoring, reporting skills and identifying value champions throughout the program by keen observation.
We've had a few training and development sessions for our leadership team and the next level managers, conducted by the Attrans team. I would say that they have wonderfully engaged the teams in every session and ensured that each one of them willingly participated. They were certainly interactive and thought provoking. Most importantly they've understood the expectations of the organisation from these sessions and have navigated accordingly. Needless to mention that their complete involvement and ownership was evident.

My feedback below on the training experience through leadership program 3 years ago. Carrying a professional attitude, yet very friendly atmosphere, giving scope of ice breakers and opportunities for everyone to learn and understand concepts of management and leadership was my overall positive experience in the training sessions conducted by Moumita.
