Founder Director Profile
A certified MBTI professional, Moumita brings with her around 17 years of industry experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked in small, medium and large enterprises across Automobile, Engineering, Consulting, IT & ITES sectors. She believes in bringing about wholesome development through value added learning and development solutions. Her key personal drivers are passion, need for execution quality and ability to connect to people.
In all her engagements, the focus is on delivering quality and ensuring organizational effectiveness. The approach employed is holistic and she spends quality time in understanding the need prior to identifying the probable solutions. The key to successful programs are effective need assessment & audience analysis which enables us to customize the intervention to the audience. In the last 4 years of her entrepreneurial journey, she has conducted around 200 workshops in the areas of managerial effectiveness, ownership, accountability, result orientation, personal effectiveness, presentation skills etc across diverse sectors and diverse participants mainly in specialized offerings for front line managers (first time managers). In addition to this she is involved in long term learning & development assignments.
Moumita started her professional career with Tata Motors where she was the owner of training and development of the managerial and executive cadres within the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, then worked with Mafoi Consulting as a trainer and before starting her own organization she was heading the Learning & Development function of Principal Global Services (wholly owned subsidiary of Principal Financial Group).
Moumita Gokhale has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource from Institute of Management Development & Research, Masters in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics. She has completed her “International Diploma in Teaching & Training” by City & Guilds, UK and is also a Mafoi Certified Trainer. She is has also been a visiting faculty at IMDR, Pune. She is also an empanelled trainer with a leading UK learning & development organisation.
